DESCRIPTION:*Updates from 03APRIL2024*\nLiebe Gäste\, \n\nNachdem alle 400 Plätze auf unserer Gästeliste blitzschnell vergriffen waren\, haben wir beschlossen\, noch einmal um 20 Plätze aufzustocken! Wir freuen uns sehr darauf\, das erste Biotech Festl\, am 5. April mit euch im Volksgarten Pavillon zu eröffnen!\n\nHier ist eine kleine Checkliste:\n\n\nWann: 5.4.2024 20:00-04:00 Volksgarten Pavillon (Nicht im Volksgarten Club – Der Eingang zum Pavllion ist etwa 20 Meter rechts daneben). Bitte vor 24:00 kommen!\n\n\nBitte zeigt beim Eingang eurer Gästeliste Ticket mit QR-Code und euren Ausweis vor\, um ein Band zu erhalten. Der Zutritt und re-entry zu diesem Event ist ausschließlich für euch Gäste mit QR-Code vorbehalten! Daher wird es keine Abendkasse geben\, bzw. es wird nicht möglich sein\, spontan ohne Gästelistenplatz reinzukommen.\n\n\nWir sammeln Spenden am Eingang\, um das Event zu finanzieren! Der Rest wird wohltätig gespendet\, denn es handelt sich um ein Non-Profit-Event. Daher bitten wir jeden Gast\, freiwillig etwa 2-5€ (bar) beizusteuern und uns zu unterstützen.\n\n\nEs steht keine Garderobe zur Verfügung\, aber da die Veranstaltung platztechnisch zur Hälfte innen und zur Hälfte draußen stattfindet\, wird sie auch nicht unbedingt benötigt.\n\nWährend der Veranstaltung werden Fotos gemacht. Wenn du nicht möchtest\, dass deine Bilder auf unserer Website und/oder in den sozialen Medien veröffentlicht werden\, nimm bitte nicht an der Veranstaltung teil oder teile uns nach der Veranstaltung mit\, dass deine Bilder entfernt werden sollen. \n\n\n\nUnsere DJs werden die ganze Nacht auflegen\, und es werden zwei Bars geöffnet sein (Zahlung sowohl Bar als auch mit Karte möglich). Daher bitte keine eigenen Getränke bzw. Speisen mitnehmen.\n\n\n Dresscode – Dress to impress\n\nWir freuen uns auf euch!\nRobin Müksch (Head of Event) & BTA\n\n—–   IN ENGLISH:   —–\n\n\nDear guests\,\n\nAfter all 400 places on our guest list were gone in a flash\, we have decided to increase the number of tickets by another 20! We are very much looking forward to opening the first Biotech Festl with you at the Volksgarten Pavillon on the 5th April!\n\nHere is a small checklist:\n\n\n\nWhen: 5.4.2024 20:00-04:00 Volksgarten Pavillon (Not in the Volksgarten Club – The entrance to the Pavillon is about 20 metres to the right). Please come before 24:00!\n\n\nPlease show your Guestlist-Ticket with QR code and your ID at the entrance of your guest list to get a wristband. Access and re-entry to this event is reserved exclusively for you guests with QR code! Therefore\, there will be no box office and it will not be possible to get in spontaneously without a guest list place.\n\n\nWe will collect donations at the entrance to finance the event! The rest will be donated to charity\, as this is a non-profit event. Therefore we ask every guest to voluntarily contribute about 2-5€ (cash) and support us.\n\n\nThere is no wardrobe available\, but as the event is half indoors and half outdoors in terms of space. Therefore\, it will not be necessarily required anyway.\nPhotos will be taken during the event. If you do not want to have your pictures being posted on our Website and/or Social Media please consider not to join the event or let us know after the event that your pictures are to be removed.\n\n\nOur DJs will be playing all night long and there will be two bars open (cash and card payment available). The event\, titled „BioTechnology & Friends\,“ aims not only to bring together students from Molecular Biotechnology programs (both Bachelor’s and Master’s levels) but also to welcome all their friends. \nAll biotech students\, whether currently enrolled or alumni\, are invited\, along with their friends who may be pursuing different fields of study or are still undecided about their academic path. The primary goal is to foster connections not only within the program but also to establish new contacts with individuals from potentially diverse backgrounds and industries. \nAnd all of this will take place in one of Vienna’s most prestigious locations – the Volksgarten Pavillon\, renowned for its elegant ambiance and scenic surroundings. Nestled in the heart of the city\, this exclusive venue provides the perfect backdrop for a night of partying and networking. \nJoin us for the first official “Biotech Festl” filled with music and good vibes. Whether you’re a student or working in the biotech industry eager to expand your professional circle or simply looking to have a couple of drinks with your friends\, BioTechnology & Friends connects everyone. \nExpect live DJ performances from local talents all night long and refreshments to keep the energy high throughout the night. Don’t miss out!
