SUMMARY:Das kleine 1x1 für Bewerbungen mit BTA
DESCRIPTION:Unser erster Workshop „Das kleine 1×1 für Bewerbungen mit BTA“ im Oktober 2022 war ein voller Erfolg! Wir haben uns auf Studierende und Neulinge auf dem Arbeitsmarkt konzentriert\, die keine bis wenig Erfahrung mit dem Bewerbungsprozess haben. Mit fünf Expert:innen aus verschiedenen Unternehmen und einem interaktiven Abend haben wir unseren Teilnehmer:innen eine interessante und vor allem produktive Veranstaltung geboten. Der Workshop fand im House of Science der FH Campus Wien statt\, wo uns die Räumlichkeiten großzügig zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Nach einer kurzen Einführung wurden die knapp 30 Teilnehmenden in 5 Gruppen eingeteilt und erhielten jeweils eine:n Expert:in. Im ersten Teil „CV-Check“ lernten sie\, wie sie ihre Stärken am besten im Lebenslauf hervorheben können. Im zweiten Teil konnten sie verschiedene Fragen\, die während eines Bewerbungsgesprächs aufkommen\, üben. Auch das Vernetzen untereinander\, mit BTA-Mitgliedern und den Expert:innen kam nicht zu kurz. Das Feedback war durchweg positiv\, sodass wir uns entschieden haben\, den Bewerbungs-Workshop zu wiederholen. Wir glauben\, dass Tipps zum Bewerbungsprozess auch weiterhin ein relevantes Thema für unsere Mitglieder ist. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die FH Campus Wien für die großartige Unterstützung! \n
